Dear beloved, I offer my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Joe. His gentle soul and spirited nature touched many lives. As a brother-in-law, he always had a kind word and friendly demeanor that made everyone feel at ease. I will never forget witnessing his joyous wedding to my dear sister Rachel (Mary) Polanco in Las Vegas, an event filled with love and celebration. Joe's athletic achievements were also remarkable, earning him several marathon medals as a testament to his unwavering dedication; may the Lord grant him eternal rest.
