Mom,
Although I didn’t have you in my life very long-15 years was enough time to form the special bond we shared. Your smile spoke a thousand words. You had such a gentle presence about you. The memories, stories and quiet times we’ve spent are priceless. You were selfless. caring and were loved by so many including me and my kids. Christi, Matt and DJ didn’t have a grandmother on either side of my family.
Thank you for sharing a small part of your life with them. I’m grateful for you; to have known you not just as a daughter in law but, as a daughter. I felt it in my heart- there was no separation in the love that is felt between the two. You always made me feel that my little family was a part of you. I love you for that. Ps. Thank you for raising such a great son! I thank God every day that he is just like you.
