Gabe and I went to Johnston High School with Domingo. He was our class president. We will always remember our classmate. He was a kind and caring schoolmate. God Bless him.

My heartfelt condolences to my nephew and niece Rick and Chrissy and all the Lugo family. My brother-in-law Mingo was a great dad and a wonderful grandpa. I had the pleasure of working with him and all he talked about was his family whom he loved so much especially his grandchildren. He also was a great friend who gave good advice and never judged anyone, I mean no one. Everyone who crossed his path was lucky to have known him he had so many friends. My deepest condolences to the Lugo family. I enjoyed playing softball with Mingo and Rudy back in the days and also working with Mingo at Spanish Village restaurant. Mingo was very smart and such a great friend. RIP my friend.
