I first met Joe (as I called him) in 1996 when I joined Night Hawk Frozen Foods as a Product Development Manager. At that time Joe had already been working for Night Hawk since March of 1978. His recipes were always amazingly delicious. His famous slow roasted beef brisket was absolutely the best brisket I have ever tasted! I was extremely fortunate to have him as a mentor and as a friend.
