Lupe, I am so sorry that you have lost your soul mate, Maria. Maria was in my life as if God had brought her to my family when I had a great need. For at that time, I was going to graduate school and had a newborn baby. Bob was traveling for his job. I also had a back injury. My friend, Michelle, introduced me to Maria and without her, I probably wouldn't still be married. For more than 15 years, she held my hand, encouraged me, and taught me how to REALLY clean. I saw her working at UT sometimes when I was taking a late class and I knew she would go home take care of her own children, get a little sleep, and then go off to clean houses. Maria loved her family soooo much and would brag about their accomplishments to me. She always had something funny to tell me. I will miss her wisdom and her laughter. Lupe, you and Maria were a love story and she has left you a little part of herself in the smile of your children, the twinkle in Mayra's eyes, and the laughter of your grandchildren. I couldn't attend the rosary but I prayed it at the same time. Bob and I will always feel connected to you and your family. Con mucho amor- Anna Pedroza
