Momma was a beautiful woman inside and out. She always put others before herself. But most of all mom loved the Lord Jesus. Mom accepted Jesus at the age of 8 years old. She comes from a lineage of prayer warriors. Her Grandpa (Pa Chewy) was her spiritual father and he taught my mom how to pray. Her mother Eudelia Gonzales was also a prayer warrior. Mom passed this gift to all her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, siblings, cousins, and spiritual children. She had this beautiful spirit (holy spirit) that made you want to always be around her. She made you feel loved. Momma also was a giver. She gave and never expected anything in return. There was never a time that you would invite her somewhere and she would bring something (even though you told her not to bring anything). Mom believe that it was better to give than receive. This woman was amazing. I ask myself, Lord I would love to be half the woman my mother was. She was highly favored and loved because she was so humble, honest, and loving. I want to say thank you to everyone that attended. And I understand some of you wanted to attend, but couldn't. We appreciate your prayers. Thank you all for being part of my moms life. Please honor her by remembering her last words to you. I know those would be "Jesus loves you."
