I'm am so sorry to hear of Lupe's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him in for many years at Austin Resource Recovery. He was the sweetest man and was always willing to help with anything he could. After he retired the first time he was working at a restaurant part time. We had been looking for him to have him come back part time at the city. Myself and another co-worker happened to be in that restaurant on a day he was working and told him we were wanting him back. He was so excited and paid for our lunches that day even after much back and forth that he didn't need to do that. That is just who Lupe was, the kindest most generous person, he would give you his last dollar if he knew you needed it. Rest in peace dear Lupe. God gained a wonderful new angel in heaven.
