Israel “Raile” Loera Grimaldo May 1, 1951 to December 13, 2015 Our beloved Israel “Raile” Loera Grimaldo, age 64, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 13, 2015. Israel was a loving father, who always put his family first, and retired from the Texas Workforce Commission after 25 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents Juan and Adela Grimaldo; brothers Samuel and Abel Grimaldo. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Annie Grimaldo; children Juan Grimaldo, Melissa Grimaldo, and Belinda Nanyes; grandchildren Matthew Grimaldo, Stephanie Cruz, Jose Cruz, Jonathan Pavia, Ilianna Nanyes, Jasmine Nanyes, and Jakob Henderson; great grandchildren Laila Gonzales, Isabella Cruz, and Noemi Grimaldo; siblings Fortunata Cantu, Juan Grimaldo, Ruben Grimaldo, Sostenes Grimaldo, Esequiel Grimaldo, Delia Gutierrez, and Rene Grimaldo; many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street (South). Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Thursday at San Jose Catholic Church. Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery.
