Random memory: For the longest time, I drove a Black Chevy Truck. I remember you asking me one day, while we were outside, "What happened to your truck? I don't see it anymore." I couldn't help but be honest. "Well Mr. G, It was repossessed, ." You shook your head and threw your hand up in the air. "Why was it repossessed?" You asked. "Well sir. I don't have any real excuse. I just screwed up." In a nutshell, you ended up giving me some really good advice. It was stern. My own father never gave me advice like you did that day. I appreciated your honesty.
I am truly grateful for your family Mr. G. Your family has always treated me as if I were blood. Some of the happiest moments of my life have been spent with your family. I am a better person today because of the impact your family has had in my life. RIP Mr.G.
