Cordell Wilson McLeod 1925-2007Our beloved Cordell Wilson McLeod age 82, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday November 5, 2007. Mr. McLeod proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force. He also served as a civil servant at the I.R.S. for many years until his retirement. His family will remember him as a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved animals, dominoes and food from his garden. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Brunhilde; sons Alfred and Michael; two grandsons Andrew and Alexander; two brothers Pat and Mack; two sisters Colifa and Mamie and numerous nieces and nephews. Recitation of rosary 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First St. (South). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Interment will follow at 1: 30 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
