Robert Joe Villalobos 1956-2007Robert 51, a devoted husband and father passed away on June 3, 2007. Born in Austin TX on March 3, 1956 to Alice and Rudy (deceased) Villalobos. Robert served in the U.S.M.C. for eight years during the Vietnam era in Aviation Ordinance. He retired from the City of Austin P.A.R.D. as a Recreation Specialist. Survivors include his devoted wife, Anita Villalobos, son Manuel, daughters Rochelle and Melissa Galvan. Mother, Alice Villalobos, brothers Daniel (Gloria), Richard (Stella), sisters, Lydia, Marilyn and Irene Fabian (Henry). Uncle Jessie (Francis) Soto, Tia Pinky (Tony) Rangel, Grandchildren Isaac, Mathew, Briana and Ileana, In laws Ray and Luz Botello, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws and friends. Recitation of rosary Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday 10:00 a.m. at Dolores Catholic Church 1111 Montopolis Drive. Interment will follow at Onion Creek Memorial Park Cemetery 11610 Chapel Lane.
