Our beloved Mary M. Segura, age 78, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday May 11, 2007. Preceded in death by her beloved Husband; Alex Segura Sr., Sister; Rita Martinez and a Brother; Augustine Martinez. The oldest of nine children, Mary's life of hard work was balanced by her constant joke telling and humor. Her fair skin and the youth of her spirit, made her a constant joy to be around. The memory of her, will never be betrayed by time, but remembered forever. Mrs. Segura is survived by her beloved Children; Son, Alex Segura, Jr. and wife Dawn, Daughter, Evangeline S. Lopez and husband Jay, 3 Sisters; Toni Pi?a, Janie Perez and Dolores Correa, 2 Brothers; Frank Martinez and Pete Martinez, 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Recitation of Holy Rosary Monday at 7:00pm, Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel(Cesar Chavez). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Jesse Euresti officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
