Our beloved Leonel Nerio, age 61, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, April 20, 2007. Preceded in death by his Parents; Jose and Viviana G. Nerio, one Brother; Jose, Jr. and one Sister; Virginia Salda?a. Survived by his beloved Brothers and Sisters; Carlos Nerio, Mary Alice Cruz, Linda Garcia, Anna Warner, Humberto Nerio, Martha McGee, Frank Nerio, Rey Nerio, Isaac Nerio and Rudolfo Nerio. Also survived by a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Recitation of Holy Rosary Sunday at 7:00pm, Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel(Cesar Chavez). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Jesse Euresti officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers; Frank Nerio, Rey Nerio, Rudolfo Nerio, James Mendez, Alfredo Garcia, Jr. and John Paul Cruz.
Honorary Pallbearer; Carlos Nerio.
