Our beloved Felice G. Arocha, 82, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, February 26, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Arocha was a devoted member of Cristo Rey Catholic Church.Preceded in death by her beloved Husband; Marcelino Arocha, Sr., 2 Brothers; Emil Gonzales, Sr. and Vincent Gonzales, Sr., a Grandson; Adam L. Chapa, Sr., and a Great-Granddaughter; Angela Hernandez.
She is survived by her loving Children; Dottie Chapa, Marcelo Arocha, Jr. and wife Mary, Emil Gonzales and wife Carolyn, Robert Arocha and wife Pat and Richard Gonzales, One Sister; Frances Ruiz, 19 Grandchildren, 31 Great-Grandchildren and One Great-Great-Grandchild.
Recitation of Holy Rosary at 7:30pm on Wednesday at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday at 1:00pm at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Victor Geortz, Rev. Fr. Kirby Garner and Rev. Fr. Jaime Matias officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Special thanks to Nurses Tony and Martha of Hospice Austin for the care, love and strength given to our beloved Mother during her illness.
Arocha family request that in lieu of floral tributes, donations be made to Hospice Austin in memory of Mrs. Felice G. Arocha. Serving as pallbearers; Zachary Castillo, Marcel A. Arocha, Anthony Gonzales, Robert Michael Arocha, Marcos Chapa, Christopher Arocha and Carl Chapa.
