Hazel L. GaraffaHazel L. Garaffa, age 87, resident of Austin passed away on Thursday , December 28, 2006.
She was preceded in death by beloved husband Glen D. Garaffa.
She is survived by daughters Loretta S. Christians, Marjory and husband Roger Beck; son Travis D. Garaffa; brother Carl Moreland; Grandchildren James, Jeffery, Jacqueline, Peggy, Daryl, Ram and Heather; 9 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren and 1 on the way; special friends the Cranston Family and Marge Weinel.
Visitation Saturday 5:00 p.m. ? 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 S. 1st Street. Funeral service will be Sunday 2:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Pastors Lentz and Knippa will officiate.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Bethany Lutheran Church and to the staff at Christopher House.
