Regina O. HerreraOur beloved and cherished mother Regina O. Herrera was called home on December 8, 2006. She was 70 years of age and resided in Del Valle, TX. She is proceeded in death by parents Benito F. Padilla and mother Sarah Ortiz including daughters Mary Alice Gonzales and Elizabeth H. Santos.
She is survived by her husband Gilbert G. Herrera; daughters Hope, Debbie, Brenda, Bonnie; sons Ben, Manuel, Gilbert Jr. and Juan; spouses Frank, Mike, Marylin, Yolanda and Janie which are followed by 23 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
The family would like to send out their deepest appreciation to Texas Home Health Care and her nurse Judith.
Prayer service will be held on Monday, 7:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. Funeral service will be Tuesday 10:00 a.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Pastors Phil Woods and Mike Vega and son Ben Juarez will officiate. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers Frank Muniz Jr., John Muniz, Joshua Muniz, Steve Castillo, Michael Vega Jr. and Gilbert Herrera III.
