George Daniel Guerrero Herrera (Termite and Lil Buddy) known on the highways & byways, Retired Professional Truck Driver of 40 years. Born March 10, 1943 in Austin, Texas, was called away by our Heavenly Father on December 5, 2006. George Daniel Guerrero Herrera (Termite and Lil Buddy) known on the highways & byways, Retired Professional Truck Driver of 40 years. Born March 10, 1943 in Austin, Texas, was called away by our Heavenly Father on December 5, 2006. George's love was driving many miles across the United States, to provide for his loving family, he always knew someone in the cities he traveled and always had friends wherever he went, he will truly be missed. His love for music will be heard up in Heaven now and the angels will two-step into his heart. He is preceded in death by his parents Juan Herrera, and Louisa Guerrero Herrera, nephews Herman Herrera, Johnny Joe Sanchez, Wallace Herrera Jr. and nieces Mary Gonzales and Elizabeth Herrera- Santos. He leaves behind the mother of his children Nieves R. Ojeda, his children; Laura Herrera-Hernandez (Thomas), Jo Ann H. Vallejo (Raymond Jr.), John Anthony Herrera Sr., (Yolanda) and Norma Jean Dominguez (Julius Sr.), sisters Dora, Janie and brothers Frank, Alex, Gilbert and Wallace Herrera and fourteen grandchildren. Recitation of Holy Rosary Thursday at 7:00pm, Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home(Cesar Chavez). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00am at Dolores Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. John Korcsmar officiating. Internment will in Assumption Cemetery. Pallbearers: Gilbert Herrera Jr.,(JoJo),Richard Herrera (Inky Baby), Alex Ojeda Jr.(Pops), Joe Angel Ojeda (Bubba), John Albert Ojeda (Nani), David Herrera (Buzzard) , Amador Ojeda Jr., and Robert Vallejo. Honorary Pallbearers: George Daniel Herrera II (Georgetown), Raymond Vallejo III (Son), John Anthony Herrera Jr., (AJ) and Julius Ray Dominguez Jr., (Outlaw). The family would like to give Special Thanks to his only brother-in-law Anistacio (Tacho) Medina, who was always there for him, also the Cornerstone Staff, the DaVita Dialysis Center and Hospice Austin for providing such loving care for our father.
