Our beloved Ernest Martinez, 55, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 8, 2006. Preceded in death by his beloved Wife, Maria Esperanza "Hopie" Martinez, his Parents, Ray and Flora Q. Martinez. Survived by his beloved Daughters; Connie Martinez, Christine Martinez and Deborah Martinez, 3 Brothers; Ray Martinez, Jr., Albert Martinez, Ronnie Martinez, 2 Sisters; Theresa Martinez and Cindy Zapata, Loving Grandchildren; Taliah Rebollar, Dee-Jay Vargas and Jayce Vargas, close Friend of the Family; Christian Mendez, and his beloved pet "Mia".
Recitation of Holy Rosary Sunday at 7:00pm, Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home(Cesar Chavez). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Jesse Euresti officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers; Ray Martinez, III, John Martinez, Patrick Martinez, Robert Zapata, Sr., Robert Zapata, Jr. and Gabriel Rebollar.
