He was preceded in death by his mother Luz Maria Ulloa.
He is survived by his beloved wife Socorro Maria Ulloa; children Victor, Luz Maria and Rosalinda Maria; father George V. Ulloa; sisters Eusebia Martinez-Ulloa, Michelle Ulloa and Mary Ulloa-Tamez and husband Pablo; brothers Rudy and Joseph Ulloa; father-inlaw Victorino Nino, mother in-law Rosalinda Nino; sister-inlaws Olivia Monica Nino, Victoria Marie Nino; nephews Gabriel, Zacharriah, Gabriel ,Isaac, Joseph
Recitation of rosary Thursday , 7:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 S. First Street.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday 10:00 a.m. at San Jose Catholic Church. Rev. Joseph Tomei, CSC will officiate. Rite of Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
