He was preceded in death by father Raul Quintero Sr.; siblings Refugio, Adeliada and Armando.
He survived by his beloved wife of 20 years Cynthia Quintero; daughters, Lauren and Ashlyn Quintero; mother, Margarita G. Quintero; siblings, Leonarda Thagard, Pedro Quintero Sr., Magdalena Lawson, Toribio Quintero Sr., Jose Quintero Sr., Domitila Luna, Alda Correa and Mario Quintero.
Recitation of rosary Monday, 7:30 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, 10:00am at San Jose Catholic Church.
Rev Father Tom Franks CSC will officiate. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
A family reception will follow the burial service at Sunrise Community Church, 4430 Manchaca Rd.
Serving as pallbearers are Pedro Quintero Sr., Toribio Quintero Sr., Jose Quintero Sr., Mario Quintero, Leonarda Thagard, Alda Correa.
Honorary pallbearers are Drew Mcangus, Steve Aaron, Martin Casarez, Michael Brandes.
The family acknowledges the heartfelt care of Seton Hospital staff and Hospice Austin.
