Yolanda ?Judy? Rangel, age 57, of Austin, was called home to rest on June 22, 2005. She was born on November 20, 1947 to two loving parents, Tony and Jovita Hernandez. She was the youngest of three children; Tony Hernandez Jr. and Sam Hernandez. She graduated from Johnston High School in 1966 and later became the owner of her own salon, Hairport Styling Salon.Judy was a loving and devoted wife,mother,grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She loved having her family together on Sunday afternoons and truly treasured those moments. Judy is survived by her Husband of 32 years Robert F. Rangel, Son; Robert Rangel Jr. and wife Martina, Daughter; Theresa Rangel and Fianc?e, Jesus Sanchez Jr., Grandson?s; Michael Rodriguez, Robby Rangel III, and Joey Rangel, Brothers; Tony Hernandez Jr. and Sam Hernandez of Austin. Her loving parents, Antonio G. Hernandez and Jovita T. Hernandez, preceded her in death. Recitation of Holy Rosary will be held Friday at 7:30 pm, Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home,(Cesar Chavez). Mass of Resurrection will be held Saturday at 10:00 am, at St. Julia?s Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. John Boiko officiating. Internment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers will be Tony Hernandez, Michael Rangel, Miguel Angel Ruiz, Samuel Hernandez Jr., Tony Hernandez III, and Christopher Hernandez. ?For I am ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
