Our beloved Father Justo Rodriguez, Jr., age 58, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday January 8, 2000. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Justo and Mercedes Rodriguez, Sr., son Jesse Angel Rodriguez, and grandson Emilio Surita. Our father was a loving man, who nurtured us with his love and faith. We will miss him, but he lives in our hearts forever. Daddy we will miss You. He is survived by daughters, Liza Rodriguez, Elaine Surita, Jessica Surita, Monica Rodriguez, Isabel Rodriguez, and Jennifer Rodriguez all of Austin; brothers, Frank Gonzalez, Juan Gonzalez all of Austin, Valentine Gonzalez of San Antonio; sister Mercedes Rodriguez; special companion, Juventina Martinez both of Austin. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to Seton Home Health Care Staff, our family and friends for their care, love and prayers given to our father during his illness. Recitation of rosary Sunday, 7pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, 10am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars will officiate. Interment will follow in Austin Memorial Park Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Louis Montanez IV, Michael Ray Rodriguez II, Emilio Surita, Robert Felan, Cecilio Rodriguez, and Antonio Surita.
