Our beloved Pascual ?Mr. Pat? Figueroa, age 70, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday January 8, 2000. The seventh of fourteen children, he was born April 7, 1929 in Brenham Texas. He owned and operated La Vista Drive-In for 24 years, retired from Del Valle I.S.D. after 10 years. He was an active member of St. Julia Catholic Church. The loves of his life were his wife, his children and his hobbies were his horses. He will be loved and missed by all. He was preceeded in death by his wife Hilaria R. Figueroa, parents Porfirio and Luz Figueroa, son David Figueroa, sister Teresa Lopez, brothers Pete Figueroa and Lazaro Figueroa. Survivors include: Daughters and husbands; Patsy Perez, Sally Paramo and Frank, Janice Rodriguez and Mariano ?Mac?, and Belinda Ruiz and Sergio, all of Austin. Sons and wifes; Daniel Figueroa and Carmen, Patrick Figueroa and Debra and Eddie Figueroa and Cindy, all of Austin. Sisters; Lucia Castillo of Austin, Eloisa Chavez of Houston, Martha Figueroa of Brenham Tx., Mary Pina, Lupe Chapa, Paula Hernandez and Suzanna Ramirez all of Austin. Brothers; Ben Figueroa, Mike Rodriguez and Carlos Rodriguez all of Austin. Special friends; Teresa Saldana and Dallas Mace. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild. Recitation of rosary Sunday 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday 2:00pm at St. Julias Catholic Church. Mngr. Lonnie Reyes will officiate.
