Our beloved Ashley Marie Villanueva, age 31, of Austin, Texas, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, March 9, 2024. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Emilio and Sandy Villanueva and her great grandparents, Maria and Guadalupe Segura. Ashley is survived by her parents, Sandra Rodriguez, Derek Villanueva; and step-father, Luis G. Hernandez; her siblings, Julian Hernandez, and Vanessa Barrera (Alec Barrera); her nieces and nephew, Araceli Barrera, Aliana Barrera and Armani Barrera; her grandparents, Alfredo and Eufemia Rodriguez; her great-grandparents, Ignacio and Porfiria Valadez; numerous aunts and uncles, several cousins, and many other loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity, 6204 S 1st Street, Austin, Texas 78745. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2208 East 2nd Street, Austin, Texas, 78702. Burial to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
