My deepest condolences to all the Tovar family.
My memories with Mrs. Tovar, was when she was a neighbor on Gem Circle. She was one of the most supportive and loving mothers that I ever had the pleasure to meet, as one of my closest friends (Paul Anthony) of my childhood years. She loved her children with all her heart, and I know till the very last day, she still showed her kids/ and grandkids the same love and affection everyday. She will be deeply missed from so many people (friends and family). We were all so lucky to share a part of her life, even if it was a small or large.
We miss you, and rest in peace.
