Our Beloved Carlos R. Chapa, age 84 of Austin, entered Eternal Rest on Monday, February 12th, 2024. Mr. Chapa served His Country Honorably in the U.S. Air Force, Retired SMSGT.
Carlos is preceded in death by His Parents; Carlos Fernendes Chapa and Maria DelaLuz Correa.
Mr. Chapa is survived by His Beloved Wife; Imelda Trevino Chapa, 3 Sons; Charles A. Chapa, Arnold David Chapa, and Michael Dominick Chapa and Wife Misty, one Sister; Bertha Romero, 5 Grandchildren; Cody Houseton, Tyler Houseton, Michael P. Chapa, Caleb Dominick Chapa, and Jonathan Calderon, and a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation Services will be held on Friday, February 23rd, 2024, from 4:00p.m. to 9:00p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. 1st St., Austin Texas 78745.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 24th, 2024 at 12:00p.m.(Noon) at St. Paul Catholic Church, 10,000 David Moore Rd., Austin Texas 78748.
Interment with Military Honors will follow at Onion Creek Memorial Park Cemetery, 11610 Chapel Ln., Austin Texas 78748.
