Our beloved Miriam Perez Garcia, age 66, resident of Taylor and Pflugerville, Texas, was born into Eternal Life on Friday, February 2, 2024. She is reunited with her parents, Ismael Perez and Maria Rivera Perez; and her brothers, Ismael Perez, Jr. and Jesus Perez.
Miriam is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Marcos A. Garcia; her children, Yadamire Velez, and her spouse, Elliott, Marcos Garcia, Jr., Melissa Griffith, and her spouse, James; five grandchildren; her brothers, Luis Perez, Robert Perez; her sisters, Yolanda Ocasio, Nancy Guevara; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., with a Memorial Liturgy Service beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas.
Services for Mrs. Garcia will conclude at the close of the memorial visitation.
