Obituary of Jesse Torres Lopez

Our beloved Jesse Torres Lopez, age 75, was called to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 23, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcial and Frances Lopez; his treasured grandchildren, Alize Lopez and Brandon Lopez; his siblings, Alfred Lopez, Daniel Lopez, Mary Helen Lopez, and his sister-in-law, Regina Lopez.

Jesse is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mary Ester Sanchez Lopez; his children, Virginia Lopez (Rafael); Cynthia Lopez, Christopher Lopez (Carmen Perez), and Fernando Lopez; his grandchildren, Mark Anthony Martinez (Dolores Barrera), Javier Lopez (Myla), Natalie Grace Peña, Eric Lopez, Jacob Lopez, Dominik Lopez, Mya Lopez, Lorenzo Lopez, Araceli Medina, Jesus Lopez, Isabella Lopez; great grandchildren, Brayden Thomas Lopez, Ace Lopez, Eli Lopez, and Angel Camacho; his brother, Joe Lopez (Annette); sister-in-law, Julia Lopez, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary follwed by a Scripture Service beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  Public services will conclude following Rosary, Scripture Service and speakers.
