Obituary of Vincent Maldonado

Our beloved Aspirant Vincent Maldonado, age 57, was called to our Heavenly Father on Friday, December 15, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro "Pinky" Faz Maldonado and Maria Gloria Maldonado and his nephew, Isidro Mario Rodriquez, Jr.

Vincent is survived by his sisters, Priscilla Rodriquez (Isidro) and JoAnn Cardiel (Jose Beltran); his brother, Rudy M. Garcia (Diamantia Duran); his nieces, Sophia Rodriquez and Gabriela Rodriquez, as well as numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

Memorial Mass will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9322 FM812, Austin, Texas.  Comida will follow Mass at 1:30 p.m. at El Palacio Event Center, 9414 Parkfield Dr., Austin, Texas.  Kid friendly and in honor of Vincent, Santa will make an appearance.
