Obituary of Jesse Delgado Salas

Our beloved Jesse D. Salas, age 50, was called to our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carmen D. Salas and his brother-in-law, Oscar Gonzalez.

Jesse is survived by his father, Jesse A Salas; his siblings, Lisa Acosta and her husband, Andy Acosta, Rose Salas, and Jessica Salas (Tiburcio Villegas) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, Aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to the Neurocritical Care Team Of Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas for their outstanding loving care for our beloved Jesse.

Honored Pallbearers will be Casey Longoria, Aaron Gonzalez, Andrew Acosta, JR Villegas, Frank Pesina, and Jesse Garcia,

Visitation will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 17, 2023 at Dolores Catholic Church, 1111 Montopolis Ave., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.  Food and fellowship will follow at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Hall, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.
