Nuestro amado Nelson Rivera, de 51 años de edad, fue llamado por nuestro Padre Celestial el domingo, 17 de septiembre, 2023. El esta reunido con su madre, Amelia Victoria Rivas Solano, y su tío, Ovidio Rivera.
A Nelson le sobrevive su amorosa esposa, con quién compartió 25 años, Isabel Rivera; sus hijos, Nelson Alexander Rivera, Nancy Isabella, Rivera, Nestor Josue Rivera; su padre, Ruperto Rivera; sus hermanos, Julio Cesar Rivera Rivas, Luis Alonso Rivera Rivas, Salvador Ovidio Rivera, Veronica Del Carmen Rivera, Delia Maria Rivera; su abuela, Lucia Solano; numerosos sobrinos, otros familiares, y muchos amigos.
El velorio se realizará el lunes, 25 de septiembre, 2023, de 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., con un Servicio Regular empesando a las 7:00 p.m., en Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 South First Street, Austin, Texas.
La Despedida se realizará la siguiente mañana, martes, 26 de septiembre, 2023, de 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., tambien en Mission Funeral Home - South Side.
El entierro seguirá en Assumption Cemetery.

Our beloved Nelson Rivera, age 51, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, September 17, 2023. He is reunited with his mother, Amelia Victoria Rivas Solano, and his uncle, Ovidio Rivera.
Nelson is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Isabel Rivera; his children Nelson Alexander Rivera, Nancy Isabella Rivera, Nestor Josue Rivera; his father, Ruperto Rivera; his siblings, Julio Cesar Rivera Rivas, Luis Alonso Rivera Rivas, Salvador Ovidio Rivera, Veronica Del Carmen Rivera, Delia Maria Rivera; his grandmother, Lucia Solano; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., with a Religious Service beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 South First Street, Austin, Texas.
The Farewell Service will take place the following morning, Tuesday, September 26, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., also at Mission Funeral Home - South Side.
Committal will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
