Our Beloved Samuel James Castillo, Jr., age 38 of Kyle, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023.

Samuel is preceded in death by His Mother; Rebecca Castillo, Maternal Grandfather; Selestino Sepeda, Sr., Paternal Grandfather; Sylvestre Castillo, and Uncle; Selestino Sepeda, Jr..

Samuel James is survived by His Loving Father; Samuel Castillo, Sr., 2 Sisters; Darlene Castillo and Husband Javier Grande, Valerie Cadena and Husband Angel, 1 Brother; Mark Castillo and Wife Rosa, Fiancee; Miriam Gorbet, Maternal Grandmother; Mary Sepeda, Paternal Grandmother; Juanita Castillo, Uncles; Robert Sepeda, Sam Sepeda, and Paul Sepeda, Aunts; MaryAnn Guerrero, and Sandra Gonzalez, Nieces; Ashley and Madelynn Grande, Savannah Cadena, Nephews; Kevin Grande, and Moses Cadena, and a Host of Cousins and friends.

Visitation Service will be held on Thursday, September 21st, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with Prayer Services at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Vega officiating, at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78702.

Funeral Services will be held the following day, Friday, September 22nd, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, with Interment Committal Service to follow at Rodriguez Family Cemetery, Appling Road, Luling, Texas.
