Obituary of Maria Del Carmen (Chavez) Bera
On August 23, 2023 Maria Del Carmen rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings. She passed away surrounded by her family at the age of 67. Carmen was an exceptional wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She cared deeply for her family. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She was always the first to offer help. Carmen had the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile. Carmen always made time for everyone, she was never selfish with her time. She always provided support and love for her family. She was incredibly compassionate. She loved long talks with her sisters and spending time with her siblings. She made sure every celebration was celebrated together with her family. She enjoyed watching friends, novelas and movies with her family. She loved playing video games, going camping and to the beach. Every holiday was her favorite and enjoyed it very much spending it with her family. She made sure we always laughed. Carmen was always determined to work, but never forgot to provide support and love to her family. She was strong willed, and her strength undoubtedly helped her deal with life's challenges. She was the central figure in the lives of her children. Anyone who knew her family knew that she was a star in their eyes, and that's all that ever mattered to her. She was a women of faith that never lost sight of praying for her family. She always made it a priority to attend church and made sure her family attended with her. She loved to pray the rosary, and she was a good kind hearted soul. She will be deeply missed.
She was greeted in Heaven by her parents, Juan L. Chavez and Maria R. Chavez; her sister Margarita Chavez.
