Obituary of Delfina Hernandez Gloria
Our beloved Delfina Hernandez Gloria, age 80, resident of Austin, Texas, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julia Tello Hernandez and Bernardino Hernandez; her son, Manuel Gloria; her siblings, Inez Hernandez, Sr., Mary Hernandez, Francisco Hernandez, Vincenta Juarez and Carmen Juarez.
Delfina is survived by her children, Alex Gloria, Jr. (Barbara), David Gloria (Gabriella), Elaine Gloria Verastegui, and Samuel Gloria; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; her siblings, Dominga Hernandez, Ascencion Hernandez, and Christina Mendoza; numerous nieces and nephews, and many other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity, 6204 S 1st Street, Austin, Texas 78745.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at San Francisco Javier Catholic Church, 10098 Burklund farms Rd., Austin, Texas 78719.
An inurment will be held at a later date.
