Obituary of Salvador Rodriguez

Our Beloved Salvador Rodriguez, age 90 of Del Valle and lifelong resident of Austin, entered Eternal Rest on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023.

Mr. Rodriguez is preceded in death by His Wife; Frances Ontiveros Rodriguez, 3 Sons; John Ontiveros, Richard Ontiveros, and Victor Ontiveros, and 2 Sisters; Maria Rodriguez, and Dalia Rodriguez. 

Salvador is survived by Children; Guadalupe Ontiveros, Jr., Roy Ontiveros, Salvador Ontiveros and Wife Vicky, Tony Ontiveros, Victoria Benavides and Husband Gene, Mary Ann Garcia Martinez and Husband Valdo, Martin Ontiveros, and Charlie Ontiveros and Wife Diane, 2 Sisters; Raquel Mendoza, and Antonia Rodriguez, Nephew; Rigoberto Mendozazz and Wife Edith, and a Host of Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation Service will be held on Thursday, June 15th, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin Texas 78702.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 16th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2208 E. 2nd St., Austin Texas. 

Services for Mr. Salvador Rodriguez will conclude after the Funeral Mass at Cristo Rey Catholic Church on Friday, June 16th, 2023. 

Recitation of the Holy Rosary Service will be live-streamed via Mission - East Side Facebook Live.
