Obituary of James Allen Swain

Our beloved James Allen Swain, age 62, resident of Austin, Texas, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Smith, and step-father, James T. Smith; his siblings, Thristhuan Denise Dobbins and Tracci Swain. 

James is survived by his brother, Mitchell Swain; his daughters, Nicole Swain, Katrina Chester (Corey), Tamica Swain (Larone Moore), Tina Joshua (Anthony); his beloved 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and many other loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 12:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel.
