My condolences to the Perez family. He will be greatly missed. Always had a smile, always willing to help and a heart of gold. Anytime he would pass our house(Govalle) if we were outside he would always stop n talk to my mom, stepdad, myself. Always walking somewhere. Joe, thank you for being in our lives. There’s a new angel to watch over his family and his name is “Joe”. Rest In Peace.
