Obituary of Arnulfo Velazquez
Nuestro amado Arnulfo C. Velasquez, de 95 años de edad, fue llamado al hogar de nuestro Padre Celestial el lunes, 27 de febrero, 2023.
El fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres, Jose Velasquez y Elvira de la Cerda; sus hermanos, Daniel Velasquez, Maria Guadalupe Velasquez de la Galarza, y Leonel Velazquez.
A Arnulfo le sobrevive su esposa amorosa, Guadalupe Zamarron Velazquez; sus hijos, Graciela Garcia (Daniel), y Blanca Marisol Pattee (Stephen); sus nietos, Carmen Veronica Garcia, Diana Alejandra Garcia, Gabriela Guadalupe Garcia Velazquez, Liliana Anahi Garcia, Sophia Isabela Pattee, y Aidan Christopher Pattee; numerosos sobrinos, y otros familiares y amistades.
Sirviendo como portadores del féretro son Daniel Garcia, Stephen Pattee, Aidan Pattee, Luis Rubio, Martin Rocha, Misael Ruiz, Francisco Rebolloso, y Ernesto Almaguer.
El velorio se realizará el jueves, 9 de marzo, 2023, de 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., con la Recitación del Santo Rosario a las 7:00 p.m., en Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. 1st Street, Austin, Texas 78745.
La Santa Misa de Requién se realizará el viernes, 10 de marzo, 2023 a las 11:00 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica Santa Cruz, 1100 Main St., Buda, Texas 78610.
El entierro seguira en Assumption Cemetery.
Our beloved Arnulfo C. Velazquez, age 95, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Monday, February 27, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Velazquez and Elvira de la Cerda; his siblings, Daniel Velazaquez, Maria Guadalupe Velazquez de Galarza, and Leonel Velazquez.
Arnulfo is survived by his loving wife, Guadalupe Zamarron Velazquez; his children, Graciela Garcia (Daniel), and Blanca Marisol Pattee (Stephen); his grandchildren, Carmen Veronica Garcia, Diana Alejandra Garcia, Gabriela Guadalupe Garcia Velazquez, Liliana Anahi Garcia, Sophia Isabella Pattee, and Aidan Christopher Pattee; numerous nieces and nephews, and many other loving family and friends.
Serving as Pallbearers are Daniel Garcia, Stephen Pattee, Aidan Pattee, Luis Rubio, Martin Rocha, Misael Ruiz, Francisco Rebolloso, and Ernesto Almaguer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S 1st Street, Austin, Texas 78745.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Santa Cruz Catholic Church, 1100 Main St. Buda, Texas, 78610.
Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
