Obituary of Annette Martinez Penry
Our beloved Annette Martinez Penry, age 62, resident of Austin, was called home by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, February 23, 2023. She is reunited with her son, Benjamin Penry; her father, Gilbert Martinez, who departed on January 23, 2023; and her mother, who departed on February 23, 2003.
Annette leaves behind a loving husband, James Dean Penry; two daughters, Brianna Salas, and Amanda Penry; five grandchildren, Bethanie Salas, Janyne Salas, Vivyenne Salas, Amelia Schalchlin, and Oliver Schalchlin; and countless dear friends whom she regarded as family.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas.
Services will conclude at the close of the Celebration of Life.
