The last time that I was in Austin, a few years ago, I had the privilege of having lunch with Tom Abel. It was a very special lunch, because it was prepared by him. I can still hear his voice saying " Tia you want some migas for lunch?"
I said sure. That sounds good. They were the most delicious migas I have had. He was so proud that I enjoyed them. On that same visit, Tom Abel gave me an angel ring box, that I will forever treasure. My dear nephew, you didn't know that would be the last time I would see you, and what a beautiful memory you left me. Rest in peace, and celebrate with our Lord, and all your loved ones gone before. I love you! ❤️
