I’m so sorry to hear of our cousin, Joe’s passing. He was a wonderful son, uncle, nephew, and cousin to many. He was known to many as the Blue Bell Man. He brought us so much joy as children, especially on those hot summer days. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Moreno Family. Sending you all love and hugs.
