Obituary of Daniel Trejo, Sr.

Our beloved Daniel Trejo, Sr., age 61, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 22, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his father, Felix Trejo, Sr.; step-father, Juan Flores, Jr.; his siblings, Jesus Trejo and Phyllis Trejo, and his grandparents, Natividad "Nat" and Juanita Trejo and Domingo and Carmen Gonzales.

Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Delia Colunga Trejo; his mother, Carmen G. Flores; his children, Esmeralda Trejo, Daniel Trejo, Jr., Johnathan Trejo, Chrissie Zamora Trejo and husband, and Casey Jimenez and husband; seven grandchildren; his siblings, Velia Rodriguez (James), Brenda Saucedo, Crystal Trejo, Felix Trejo, Jr., Linda Flores and David Flores, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  Public services will conclude at the end of the evening.
