Obituary of Raul R. Lopez, Sr.

Our beloved Raul R. Lopez, Sr. age 86, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 15, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Manuela Lopez; his parents, Apolonio and Teresa Lopez; his siblings, Rodolfo Lopez, Ramon Lopez, Ignacio Lopez, Apolonio Lopez, Jr., and Leonor Lopez.

Raul is survived by his children, Juan Carlos Lopez, Raul Lopez, Jr. (Jennifer), Sergio Lopez (Rosalinda), Criselda Sanchez (Gabriel), Oswaldo Lopez, and Arturo Lopez (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Nicole Felan (Mike), John D. Lopez (Adrianna), Raul Lopez III (Crystal), Monica Lopez, David Lopez (Alyssa), Bianca A. Dominguez (Adrian), Abigail C. Lopez, Paul A. Lopez, Jessica R. Lopez, Annisa T. Lopez, Ashley L. Miranda (Elias), Briana I. Lopez, Emery A. Lopez, and Mathew A. Lopez; numerous great grandchildren, his brothers, Lupe Lopez and Oscar Lopez; his sister, Gloria Lopez, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.
