Obituary of Elvira Hernandez

Our beloved Elvira Hernandez, age 69, was called to our Heavenly Father on Monday, December 12, 2022.  She was greated in Heaven by her son, Jesus Hernandez, Sr. who passed away September 6, 2022; her parents, Samuel and Antonia Nunez, and her siblings, Antonia Hernandez, Dolores Anthony, and Jimmy Hernandez.

Elvira is survived by her children, Marie Diaz and Dr. Julian Hernandez; her seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; her siblings, Michael Hernandez (Mary), Mary Beltran, Mary Ann Hernandez, Linda Hernandez, Ernestina Hernandez, and Teresa Hernandez, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Honored Pallbearers will be Dr. Julian Hernandez, Jesus Hernandez, Jr., Isaiah Martinez, William Navarro, Michael Hernandez, Jr. and Eloy Ybarra.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary and Scripture Service beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville, Texas.
