Obituary of Braulio Minjarez

Our beloved Braulio Minjarez, age 79, resident of Texas City, Texas, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Monday, November 21st, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Santana and Petra Minjarez; his brother's, Manuel Minjarez, Prudencio Minjarez, and Johnny Joe Minjarez; and his sisters, Priscilla Minjarez and Maria Perez.

Mr. Minjarez is survived by his loving wife Guadalupe Minjarez; his children, Mario Minjarez, Sarita Minjarez-Quiñonez, Cynthia Minjarez-Avery, Marian Minjarez, Yolanda Minjarez-Galindo and Elizabeth Villareal Rodriguez; 17- Grandchildren and 30-great-grandkids, ; and his sisters, Janie Minjarez and Margaret Garcia, along with numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4th, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78702, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated the following morning, Monday, December 5th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78702.

Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 South IH-35 Frontage Road, Austin, Tx 78704.
