When we were a lot younger, our Grandma, Nina Requejo, and her sisters, Aunt Simona and Aunt Toni, would take Nina (my sister), Rosie, and me to Taco Cabana on summer nights when they “babysat” us. And while they were drinking margaritas and sharing some laughs inside, we would run around the parking lot and spit spitballs in the bathroom and on parked cars, free of adult supervision :) We always had the most fun, and Aunt Simona would always make me laugh or smile about something! We will miss you and your playful spirit dearly, Aunt Simona.
