Our Beloved, MaryAnn Serrano, age 71 of San Antonio, formally of Austin, entered Eternal Rest on Monday, September 12th, 2022. A Lifelong resident of Austin, MaryAnn lived in San Antonio for over 5 years.

Preceded in death by her Parents; Odion and Juanita Alvarado, one Sister; Theodora Alvarado, and 3 Brothers; Rito Alvarado, Jesse Alvarado, and Johnny Alvarado.

MaryAnn is survived by 2 Sons; Adam Serrano, and Anthony Serrano and his Wife Bernadette, 2 Sisters; Anita Escamilla, and Maria Blancarte, 4 Brothers; Lupio Alvarado, Tony Alvarado, Odion Alvarado, and Eulalio Alvarado, 6 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren.   

Visitation Services will be held on Monday, September 19th, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:30 p.m., and Liturgy Scripture Services at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin Texas 78702.

Services for Mrs. Serrano will conclude on Monday, September 19th, 2022 at 9:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary and Liturgy Scripture Services will be live-streamed to allow those unable to attend to participate. Follow the link to Facebook Live Mission - East Side

 

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time
