Obituary of John Chano Machado, Jr.

Our beloved, John Chano Machado, Jr., age 40, was called to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 9, 2022.  He was greeted in Heaven by his brother, Joe Machado and his nephew, Ethan Xavier Machado.

John is survived by his wife, Dulce Machado; his parents, John Chano Machado and Orpah Oralia Marrero; his children, Ariona Gonzales, Jezerae Machado, David Fuentes, Emanuel Brunson; his siblings, Isaiah Machado (Elizabeth) and Virginia Juarez (Eloy); 13 nieces and nephews and numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00-1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2022 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Texas Oak Baptist Church, 9910 Bilbrook Place, Austin, Texas. Interment will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Central Texas Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195, Killeen, Texas.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to
