Obituary of Vincent Morales Cordova, Jr.

Our beloved Vincent Morales Cordova, Jr., age 75, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, June 30, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Vicente and Maria Cordova, and his siblings, Hilario Cordova, Steve Cordova, Pauline Garcia, and Frank Cordova.

Vincent is survived by his wife of 52 years, Vera Cordova; his children, Valerie Cordova-Smith (Clif), Vincent Cordova III, and Marcos Cordova (Jessica Brown); his grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Jake Smith, and Kayleigh Cordova; his sister, Lupe Davilla, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Honored Pallbearers will be nephews, Abe Cabello, David Guzman, Vincent Davilla, Victor Rene Cabello, Sly Guzman, Eric Cabello, Martin Escareño, and Austin Holst.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 4600 E. Ben White Blvd., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to
