Obituary of George Rodriguez Fabian

Our beloved George R. Fabian, age 87, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, June 2, 2022. 

He was preceded in death by his son, Carlos Fabian; his parents, Carlos Fabian and Pasquala Fabian (Rodriguez); his brother and sisters, Virgina Fabian, John Fabian, Isabel Fabian, and Pete Fabian. 

George is survived by his children, Frank Fabian, Esther Fabian, Gloria Hernandez, Katherine F. Jaimes (Maurilio), Adelphia Galindo, Gilbert Fabian (Anita), Rosaelia "Marie" Rosas (Danny Sandoval), and George Christopher Romo; his siblings, Janie Rodriguez, Juanita Rodriguez, Ruth Flores, Rosa Fabian, and Mary Sifuentes; twenty eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 9:30 a.m., at Mission Funeral Home-South, 6204 S. 1st Street, Austin, Texas 78745.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at Dolores Catholic Church, 1111 Montopolis Dr. Austin, Texas 78741.

Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
